Founded in 2014 by Ufuoma Ogaga, Goshen Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC (GBC) is a modern accounting firm transforming the lives of small businesses and nonprofits by providing peace of mind bookkeeping, payroll compliance, and advisory services. The word Goshen (pronounced GOH-shu-uh-n) means growth and is at the core of everything we do.

Ufuoma Ogaga is the owner of Goshen Bookkeeping & Consulting. As a Financial Controller and Technology Consultant, she has a passion for empowering small businesses and nonprofits nationwide to fulfill their mission by removing the burden of dealing with accounting and payroll compliance issues.

She loves to take the time to understand your goals and provide solutions to resolve them and strengthen your business.

Biography

Ufuoma has worked in the private sector for over a decade serving various nonprofit organizations, including significant leadership roles at Society of Digital Agencies and Destiny Daughters of Promise, Inc.

She has a successful experience in nonprofit fundraising, church fund accounting, event management, and operations management.

She began her roots working for the Georgia State University Foundation, Caminar Latino, and freelancing for various small businesses.

During the financial crisis of 2008, she switched careers to work in the human resources industry. Ufuoma worked for Human Resources Dimensions, an executive search firm while working on pursuing her Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management.

Ufuoma has worn multiple hats throughout her career using her three passions (accounting, human resources, and technology) to help businesses streamline their back-office operations.
