Founded in 2014 by Ufuoma Ogaga, Goshen Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC (GBC) is a technology forward accounting firm transforming the lives of nonprofits and professional service firms by providing compliance accounting and advisory services. The word Goshen (pronounced GOH-shu-uh-n) means growth and is at the core of everything we do.

Ufuoma Ogaga is the founder of Goshen Bookkeeping & Consulting. As a Financial Controller and Technology Educator, she has a passion for empowering organizations nationwide to fulfill their mission by removing the burden of dealing with accounting, operational chaos, and technology issues.
No problem is too big nor small for her to find a solution!
Ufuoma has worked in the private sector for over a decade serving various nonprofit organizations, including significant leadership roles at Society of Digital Agencies and Destiny Daughters of Promise, Inc.
She has a successful experience in nonprofit fundraising, church accounting, event management, technology systems implementation and training, and operations management.
During the financial and housing crisis of 2008, Ufuoma switched careers to work in the human resources industry pursuing her Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management.
Ufuoma was able to transfer her knowledge and experience gained to help nonprofits and professional service firms develop healthy workplace best practices, diversity and inclusion policies.
Ufuoma has worn multiple hats throughout her career using her three passions (accounting, human resources, and technology) to help organizations streamline their back-office operations.
