Thank you for inquiring about our services. We are excited to get to know you and learn more about your business. To find out what to expect when you choose to work with Goshen Bookkeeping & Consulting, go ahead and start with the introduction steps below.
Step #1 - Complete our Questionnaire
Once you have reviewed our services, tell us who you are, and the services you need. Don't skip this step or your discovery call will be cancelled. :)
Step #2 - Book Your Discovery Call
Once questionnaire is completed, you will receive an email to schedule your discovery call. During this call, we will discuss your goals and next action steps.
Step #3 - Pay Diagnostic Fee
Send us payment for the discovery process. Once we receive your payment, invite us as an accountant user into your accounting systems to begin the review and diagnostic process.
Step #4 - Review Report & Proposal
Once our review of your accounting system is completed within 2-3 days, you will receive an email from us with the discovery report and a link to schedule your discovery call with us.
Step #5 - Book Your Proposal Review Call
Use the link in the email to schedule your proposal review call. We will use this meeting to answer any questions you might have about the discovery report and proposal.
Step #6 - Sign Contract & Begin Onboarding
You will receive a contract email from Right Signature (our e-signature tool). Once we receive the signed contract, you will receive another email to begin the onboarding process.
